Description of key activities of the companyThe main activity of the Company is sale of welding consumables and equipment for electric welding of metallic items. Delivery is furthermore made of automated welding equipment for cutting of metals by way of torch cutting and similar methods based on electric processes.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters.
The revenue for the year totals DKK 111.439.115 against DKK 128.819.534 last year. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK 3.788.738 against DKK 4.856.617 last year. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year satisfactory.
