Forretning og udvikling
The objective of EET Group A/S is to invest in companies carrying on activities within development, sale, marketing and distribution of IT technology products in Europe.

The income statement for 2025 shows a revenue of DKK 3.85 billion against a revenue of DKK 3.35 billion last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 1.04 billion, corresponding to a solvency ratio of 49.4% compared to 40% last year.

Risici og væsentlige forhold
After the year end date, the Group has acquired CBK Distribusjon AS, a Norwegian distributor of network infrastructure and AV solutions. The acquisition combines CBK with EET’s established Norwegian operation onto the Group’s shared platform, strengthening our position in a market where we already had a clear footprint.
This is EET’s 57th acquisition and reflects the group’s continued focus on combining strong organic growth with targeted, value-creating acquisitions integrated through one consistent playbook.
No further events have occurred after the balance sheet date to this date which could influence the evaluation of these financial statements.

Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The Company is jointly and severally liable for the EET Group's bank loan, which nominally amounts to DKK 3,517 million (EUR 471 million) at December 31, 2025.
Shares in affiliated companies are provided as collateral for bank debt.
