  • management review • Statement 2025: Main pointsBEUMER Group A/S continues to lead the global market in providing intralogistics systems for parcel sortation and distribution, as well as baggage handling systems. Our core focus is to develop, produce, project sell, and implement state-of-the-art automated material handling systems. Our commitment to customer satisfaction goes beyond just delivering exceptional system solutions. We also place great importance on providing excellent after-sales service, which is essential in building and maintaining long-term partnerships with our valued customers.Financial developmentIn 2025, BEUMER Group A/S delivered a satisfactory financial result at same level as 2024. All our main activities within parcel handling and baggage handling have performed well. The organisation has demonstrated strong team spirit and ownership in challenging projects and proven our commitments to keep a customer focus. In our persistent efforts to create partnerships with our customers through differentiation and collaboration we continuously support our customers with innovative solutions - also long time after the systems are handed over.As part of our ambition to remain a leading supplier of intralogistics systems, record investments have been made to enhance of our products and systems further. Developing new solutions is a priority and part of our DNA, and we focus our development to be in line with our customers' articulated and unarticulated needs with reliability, flexibility and energy consumption as essential ingredients.The income statement for 1 January to 31 December 2025 shows:A revenue of DKK 2,241 millionA financial performance showing a satisfactory net profit of DKK 119.1 million. This includes profits/losses from investments in group enterprises and associates.An equity on 31 December 2025, which amounts to DKK 669.8 million.Revenue is slightly higher than expected at the beginning of the year, while the result of the year is in line with the expectations.Key risks and uncertainty relating to recognition and measurementThe large scale and international nature of most of our projects continue to be subject to risks. These are, however, not considered unusual within our line of business.Being a truly global company, the economic development and political stability in all regions have significant impact on BEUMER Group A/S. The continuous war in Ukraine, the wars in the Middle East as well as the unpredictability experienced from the U.S. administration is causing great uncertainty and volatility. Proper measures are being implemented to ensure uninterrupted service for our global customers and safety for our employees. Changes in inflation, interest rates, tariffs and developments in currency rates are being closely monitored as larger fluctuations may have impact on customers' willingness to invest, as well as our competitiveness.Cyber situational awareness remains a priority, and the geopolitical situation only justifies our continuous focus. As part of our cyber security strategy, we are certified to the ISO 27001 standard on how to manage information security (see section "Data ethics policy").The uncertainty is assessed based on the circumstances known until the present moment and is expected to be reflected in the profit/loss for the year.Targets and expectations for 2026Despite the continuous general economic uncertainties, we expect that the 2026 activity level will be similar to or higher than in previous years. The backlog of orders has increased significantly in 2025 and there will be a strong focus to execute the orders to the satisfaction of our customers. It is expected that the backlog will stabilise across the different business lines.All this taken into consideration, we expect a revenue in the range of DKK 2.1 – 2.5 billion with a positive profit margin in the range of 4.5 – 5.5%.Continued strategic focus on research and developmentIn the financial year 2025, BEUMER Group A/S has incurred development costs close to DKK 175 million, included in the item "Development expenditure". BEUMER Group has furthermore been capitalising development costs with a net balance of DKK 18.5 million.BEUMER Group is committed to supporting educational institutions and fostering the development of future talent through dedicated trainee programs. We have an ongoing partnership with educational institutions such as Aarhus and Aalborg Universities, the School of Marine and Technical Engineering and VIA University College.Foreign branchesBEUMER Group A/S has foreign branches in several countries and ongoing projects in many parts of the world. We abide to the rules governing permanent establishments and continuously monitor our projects in terms of deciding if they qualify for applying to the rules, in which case BEUMER Group will be registered with a permanent establishment. • entity

The project values relating to these guarantees are:1,004,4952,033,664The Company’s banks have provided bank guarantees to the Company’s and the group enterprises’ customers of a total amount of:473,443393,238Other financial obligationsAs of 31 December 2025, the Company's total outstanding commitments for the purchase of materials and equipment amount to TDKK 441.501. Of this amount, TDKK 153.932 relates to purchases from group companies, while TDKK 287.569 relates to purchases from external suppliers.In September 2025, the Company signed a software licensing agreement with a term of three years. The remaining financial obligation under this contract as at 31 December 2025 amounts to TDKK 598.In November 2025, the Company contracted for the construction of a new office building with an agreed fee of TDKK 20,788.The Company has an existing agreement, entered into in April 2022, for cleaning and canteen services at the head office. This agreement is valid for five years and may be terminated with six months’ notice. As of 31 December 2025, the remaining obligation under this agreement amounts to TDKK 8,456.An insurance brokering agreement was entered into in December 2025. The agreement is renewable annually and may be terminated with a three-month notice prior to the year-end. The Company’s remaining commitment under this agreement as of 31 December 2025 is TDKK 375. • entity
