Business activities and mission

BMC Software A/S is a member of the BMC Software group of companies \(the “Group”\) and sells software and

cloud-based solutions and services developed by the Group on behalf of other Group companies.

In addition,

the Company offers professional services to customers to support the implementation of these solutions.

The Company does not carry out any research or development activities.

Business review

The Company’s income statement for the year ended 31 March 2025 shows a net profit of DKK 5 344 268 and

the balance sheet at 31 March 2025 shows total equity of DKK 15 703 171.

Revenue has increased by 31% compared to the prior year caused by higher professional services revenues

and higher costs that are reimbursed including a margin by another Group company. Expenses increased by

12% mainly as a result of higher staff costs due to higher commission payments.
