The company is focused on making a positive and sustainable impact by supplying adsorption dehumidifiers to industrial segments such as wind energy, battery manufacturing, and water damage drying. In addition, Cotes provides dry-air solutions to a wide range of other industrial applications through its global network of trusted sales partners. - development in activities and financial affairs • Development in activities and financial and economic position The income statement for 2025 shows a profit of DKK 18.183.158 and as of 31 December 2025, the company reports an equity of DKK 42.033.212. The adjusted cost base from 2024, combined with strong order intake in 2025, resulted in solid financial performance and a healthy order backlog for the coming year. • entity
- expected development • Future expectations The company expects increased demand in 2026, both from existing customers and as a result of new sales initiatives, with a continued focus on new industrial segments. For 2026, a profit before tax in the range of DKK 20–24 million is expected. Research and development In 2025, the company continued to enhance its product portfolio, including both existing and new products. The allocation of resources to product development remains a high priority, ensuring a consistently high-quality level and enabling the company to meet evolving customer requirements. Subsidiaries abroad Cotes owns a production company located in Szczecin, Poland, Cotes Polska z.o.o.. In addition, the company has established Cotes GmbH as a sales office in Germany. Unusual events Uncertainty related to infrastructure development within the wind energy industry, as well as delays in major OEMs’ deployment of new turbine technologies, may impact the company’s growth and production capacity. In addition, ongoing supply chain challenges resulting from international conflicts continue to affect product cost levels and lead times. This is due to a mixture of higher revenue and lower fixed costs than budgeted. As parts of the business face long customer payment terms, the company has established a factoring set up for sales invoices in order to improve net working capital.
