ELEMENT METECH A/S

Element Metech A/S is engaged in calibration and repair of measuring equipment. The Company's strength is a total concept called Metech Instrument Management. This includes calibration and maintenance of mechanical, geometric, electronic, temperature, optical, acoustic and medico technical measuring equipment. The Metech Instrument Management concept also includes all services related to administration, procurement, maintenance and disposal of measuring equipment. In addition, the Company offers logistics, courses and consulting services.

Profit for the year (including comparison with outlook previously announced)

The Company's income statement for 2025 shows a profit of DKK 12,344,134 as against a profit of DKK 11,620,436 in 2024. Equity in the Company's balance sheet at 31 December 2025 stood at DKK 127,311,353 as against DKK 114,967,219 at 31 December 2024.…

Element Metech A/S expects 2026 to be a profitable year with further consolidation of the Company's equity through the stabilisation of Lab infrastructure. There are great expectations for strengthening and increasing sales across sectors and productivity in our labs with our facilities now stabilised in both Taastrup and Herning and a new IT platform being implemented.

The level of activity for 2026 is expected to increase with 8% compared with 2025. Profit before tax for 2026 is expected to increase with 2 percentage points.

No events have occurred after the balance sheet date of material importance to the annual report for 2025.

No events materially effecting the assessment of the Annual Report have ocuured after the balance sheet date.

Rental obligations

The Company’s rental obligations amount to DKK 87,253,137 with duration from 3 months up to 16 years.
