Videometer’s contributions to sustainable production
As a company regulated by Class B in the Danish GAAP, Videometer does not report according to §99a, which requires a full statement of social responsibilities. Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The Company has entered into a tenancy contract with a period of non-terminability of 6 months. The rent in the period of non-terminability is DKK ('000) 237.
Joint liabilitiesThe Company is jointly and severally liable together with the Parent Company and the other group companies in the joint taxable group for tax on the group’s joint taxable income and for certain possible withholding taxes, such as dividend tax, etc.
Tax payable on the Group’s joint taxable income is stated in the annual report of MAINTEC ApS, which serves as management Company for the joint taxation.
