Forretning og udvikling
The Company's most important activities are development of 3D scanners and 3D CAD / CAM software. The Company's revenue primarily relates to royalties from group companies for the sale of scanners and software.
The income statement for 2025 shows a profit of DKK 501,873 thousand against a profit of DKK 876,777 thousand last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 998,203 thousand.
The Company's revenue in 2025 amounted to DKK 1,722,050 thousand compared to DKK 1,824,427 thousand in 2024. Revenue fell short of expectations and growth ambitions, especially driven by the Company’s performance in North America and Rest of World regions, while the Company maintained a positive operating result with an EBIT of DKK 638,259 thousand.…
3Shape A/S remains committed to returning to growth. The strategic initiatives undertaken lay the foundation for future growth, and the 3Shape A/S is well-positioned to navigate evolving market conditions. Management expects and plans with achieving revenue in line with prior year in 2026, with an EBIT margin of approximately 35%.
