- development in activities and financial affairs • Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersDuring the financial year, the Company completed an intra-group merger with Snow Software ApS with accounting effect from 1 January 2025.

The merger was carried out as part of a simplification of the group structure.

Although the discontinuing entity contributed positively to the Company’s revenue in the financial year, the Company’s overall level of activity and revenue has decreased compared to prior years.

The revenue for the year totals DKK 52.926thousand against DKK 59.881thousand last year. Income from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK 15.389thousand against DKK 28.246thousand last year. Management considers the net profit for the year satisfactory. • entity
