1.The significant activities of the enterprise

The company has stopped its activities in 2005 and has since then been working to close down

the enterprise and to sell the fixed assets.

In the first half of 2025 the Company have signed a sales-contract with Salling Group Properties

A/S of the Fanoe-plot Hovedgaden 102 conditioned of local plan for supermarket. The sale is

expected to result in a significant gain that will reestablish the equity. The sale is expected to be

finalized during 2026 and management are in a constructive dialoque with Fanoe Community

about changing community plan and local plan for the area.
