Description of key activities of the companyThe company’s activities, as in previous years, have consisted of trading in process equipment, primarily within mixing and homogenization, dispersing, and drying technology, etc. An additional activity of the company is the development, design, and delivery of complete system solutions for the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.

Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThere have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters.

The gross profit for the year totals DKK 26.390 thousand against DKK 7.027thousand last year. Profit from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK 8.894 thousand against DKK -2.135 thousand last year. Management considers the loss for the year as expected.

The accounting period has been adjusted in the financial year in accordance with Section 15 of the Danish Financial Statements Act. For further information on this, please refer to the accounting policies.

Events occurring after the end of the financial yearNo events have occurred after the balance sheet date that have a significant impact on the assessment of the annual report.
