PM HOLDING 2005 ApS

The PM Holding 2005 ApS group operates through its subsidiary Polaris Management A/S as the manager (advisory and administration company) for Polaris Private Equity, which is authorised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority to act as manager of alternative investment funds under the Danish Act on Managers of Alternative Investment Funds (FAIF Act).​​Furthermore, the subsidiary Polaris Flexible Invest I ApS acts as the general partner for Polaris Flexible Capital I K/S, Polaris VI Invest GP ApS as the general partner for Polaris Private Equity VI K/S, Komplementarselskabet af 28. april 2025 ApS as the general partner for Selskabet af 28. april 2025 K/S, Polaris CS Fund I GP ApS as the general partner for Polaris CS Fund I K/S, and NF SPV GP ApS as the general partner for NF SPV K/S. ​​Polaris Private Equity is an investment consortium that started in the autumn of 1998 with the establishment of Polaris Private Equity I with total capital commitments of DKK 1.6 billion, which was fully realised with the last divestment in 2008. Polaris Private Equity II was established in 2006 with total capital commitments of DKK 2.0 billion and was fully realised with the last divestment in 2021. Polaris Private Equity III, established in 2009, with total capital commitments of approximately DKK 2.7 billion, was fully realised by 2025. ​​Funds under management include (all subject to the FAIF Act): ​- Polaris Private Equity IV, established at the end of 2014, with total capital commitments of DKK 3.3 billion, ​ moved to realisation phase at the end of 2020. ​- Polaris Private Equity V, established at the end of 2020, with total capital commitments of DKK 4.9 billion, ​ investment period started in 2021. ​​- Polaris Flexible Capital I, established in 2021, with total capital commitments of DKK 0.9 billion, investment ​ period started in 2022. ​- Polaris Public Equity, established in 2023, with capital commitments of DKK 0.4 billion, evergreen fund.​- Polaris CS Fund I, established in 2022, with capital commitments of DKK 2.2 billion, moved to realisation ​ phase in 2025​​Polaris Private Equity invests in mature companies with strong market positions and good earnings. These companies are typically based in the Nordic countries, primarily Denmark and Sweden, and have potential for value growth, which Polaris aims to realise through capital injection and active ownership. Polaris seeks controlling ownership stakes, either through majority or in cooperation with others, including company management, boards, and previous owners.​ ​Polaris Flexible Capital has a flexible and complementary investment focus by investing in junior loans, mezzanine debt, preference shares, and minority stakes. The companies are based in the Nordic countries. ​Polaris Public Equity is an evergreen fund investing in listed Nordic small and medium-sized enterprises with an investment horizon of 3-5 years, often holding between 5% and 10%. ​​The group's subsidiary, Polaris Management A/S, on 23 December 2024, entered into an agreement with Velliv, Pension and Life Insurance A/S to take over management of the alternative investment fund, Core Sustainability Fund I. The final closing, following approval by competition authorities, took effect on 24 March 2025. ​​The investment consortium's investors consist of various Danish and international investors.
