SKATEPRO ApS

The primary activity consists of selling leisure equipment within action sport as well as related activities within B2B and B2C segments, mainly in Europe, Oceania and North America. We are a significant player in the action sport market and want to provide a wide range of action sport products for both B2C and B2B customers.

We source products from established vendors and brands, with a focus on sales, distribution and excellent customer service. Sales are primarily conducted through our own e-commerce platforms. At the end of the financial year the Group employs more than 90 full-time employees and is headquartered in Søften, Denmark, with an additional entity in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Order fulfilment is handled from our own warehouse in Denmark as well as additional warehouses outside Denmark. Our products are mainly manufactured in Asia and Europe.

Development in activities and financial and economic position

In early July 2025, the Group acquired the business from SkateHut Ltd, based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The acquisition strengthens our presence in the UK market, which represents a significant opportunity within action sports e-commerce.…

We enter 2026 with confidence and expect to deliver a result slightly better than 2025. Despite global uncertainties — including evolving tariff regimes, geopolitical tensions, and broader macroeconomic headwinds — we expect to grow both revenue and earnings. Our market presence across many countries, positions us well to adapt to shifting conditions and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

For the financial year 2026, we expect EBITDA in the range of DKK 15–17 million and a result before tax of DKK 8–10 million.

Cash flow is expected to remain positive, supporting continued investment in growth and operational efficiency.

Joint liabilitiesThe Company is jointly and severally liable together with the Parent Company and the other group companies in the joint taxable group for tax on the group’s joint taxable income and for certain possible withholding taxes, such as dividend tax, etc.

Tax payable on the Group’s joint taxable income is stated in the annual report of Bluemind Holding ApS, which serves as management Company for the joint taxation.…
