Forretning og udvikling
Through its subsidiaries Helios Energy A/S and Helios Power Trading A/S, the Group's principal activity is to trade in electricity and products derived therefrom.
In addition, the Parent Company's purpose is to make investments and to provide advisory services, including management consultancy services.
Loss for the year (including comparison with outlook previously announced)
The Group's income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 11,252 thousand as against a profit of DKK 272 thousand in 2024. Equity in the Group's balance sheet at 31 December 2025 stood at DKK 25,958 thousand as against DKK 37,211 thousand at 31 December 2024.…
The Group expects to report a profit for 2026 in the range of DKK 5,000-DKK 10,000 thousand.

Uncertainty regarding recognition and measurement
Estimation uncertainty exists regarding the recognition and measurement of deferred tax assets amounting to DKK 5,448 thousand at 31 December 2025 (2024: DKK 2,501 thousand), and consequently equity investments in subsidiaries amounting to DKK 9,058 thousand at 31 December 2025 (2024: DKK 14,046 thousand).…
