SSP Denmark ApS

The company's purpose is to run catering and restaurant operations, other service businesses, production and trade and any other business which, at the discretion of the board, is naturally connected therewith.

The income statement of the Company for 2024/25 shows a loss of TDKK 8,181, and at 30 September 2025 the balance sheet of the Company shows positive equity of TDKK 15.885.

The company has received a letter of support from SSP Financing Ltd. valid until the approval of the annual report for 2025/26. Management assesses that there is no uncertainty about the Company’s ability to continue as going concern. Moreover, reference is made to note 1, in which the matter is described in further detail.

As we navigate the challenges posed by the ongoing rebuild of CPH Airport Terminals, which will continue to impact us until 2027, our focus for the next year will be on achieving a sustainable result. We will have our focus on our operations in Copenhagen Airport, where loss makers will be rebuilt into exciting new brands and the number of units on the highway will be reduced.

Additionally, we will keep our focus on our organization and streamline our processes into best practices in the whole Nordic organization. SSP projects a turnover of around DKK 400 million, with a pre-tax profit around DKK 3 million.

Intellectual capital resources

It is essential for SSP Denmark ApS's continued operations to attract and retain well educated staff who understand how to do the best service for our guests. In this connection, the company also offers training programs for individuals. Both on local and Nordic level.

There has been no uncertainty regarding recognition and measurement in the Annual Report.

The financial position of the company as of September 2025, and the results of the company's activities for the financial year 2024/25, have been impacted by the ongoing construction of Terminal 3 at CPH Airport. The year was negatively affected by the lack of penetration of PAX during the summer and loss makers. In addition, the result was positively affected by the final settlement of COVID-19 government support, recognized as a one-off income.

After balance sheet date SSP Denmark ApS has secured new and renewed existing contracts in Copenhagen Airport, where our core business is located. That will make SSP Denmark ApS to the preferred F&B partner in Copenhagen Airport in the coming years.
