PentaBase er en dansk, videnskabsdrevet IVD-virksomhed, der udvikler og producerer sensitive og specifikke PCR-assays, diagnostiske workflows og PCR-analyser ved hjælp af proprietær INA® DNA-analog-teknologi til onkologi- og hæmatologidiagnostik.

PentaBase udvikler og producerer innovative PCR-løsninger og leverer genetiske analyser og tjenester til præcis detektion og monitorering af genetiske biomarkører, herunder CE-IVD-certificerede onkologi- og hæmatologiassays.

PentaBase A/S is a knowledge-driven organization committed to maintaining the highest scientific and ethical standards. We exclusively develop and provide products and services where there is strong clinical evidence supporting the relevance of the underlying biomarkers. Our mission is to advance precision medicine by delivering innovative molecular diagnostic solutions that improve patient stratification, treatment selection, and disease monitoring.

Our activities are centered around proprietary DNA technologies and a comprehensive portfolio of molecular diagnostic products supporting the detection, characterization, and monitoring of cancer-related genetic and epigenetic biomarkers. In addition, we collaborate with research institutions, hospitals, and industrial partners by making our proprietary DNA platform technologies available for research and development within molecular diagnostics and life sciences.

During 2025, PentaBase continued to strengthen its strategic focus on oncology diagnostics while advancing the commercialization of recently launched technologies and expanding collaborations with international clinical and research partners. Significant efforts have also been dedicated to further developing the Company's proprietary technology platforms and protecting its intellectual property portfolio.

Management is satisfied with the Company's development during 2025. The financial performance improved significantly compared with the previous year, reflecting increased commercial activity, continued cost discipline, and a stronger operational foundation for future growth.

Management continues to integrate environmental and social responsibility into the Company's decision-making processes. Our facilities include a rooftop solar energy installation, electric vehicle charging stations, and initiatives encouraging sustainable transportation, including cycling and the transition to electric vehicles.

Together with customers and suppliers, we continue working to reduce our environmental footprint through improved recycling initiatives and by minimizing the use of plastic and polystyrene packaging materials.
