Understanding the functional behaviour of individual cells is becoming a cornerstone of next-generation healthcare and drug discovery. In many diseases-including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases-the key to better treatments lies in resolving the functional heterogeneity of cells, something that bulk analysis methods fail to capture.Samplix provides a proprietary platform for high-throughput, functional single-cell analysis. Risici og væsentlige forhold
Samplix is transitioning its focus from product development to commercial execution, which requires additional funding. No binding agreement has been entered with the shareholders or other regarding additional funds to the continued operations. However, based on discussions with the shareholders and new potential shareholders, management assesses that it will be possible to obtain liquidity to finance the continued operations and consequently the financial statements have been prepared on going concern basis. This indicates a material uncertainty which may give rise to considerable doubts as to whether the Company will be able to continue its operations.
No events materially affecting the assessment of the Annual Report have occurred after the balance sheet date.
