No events materially affecting the Company's financial position have occurred subsequent to the financial year-end.

The Company is jointly taxed with its parent, Ballroom ApS, which acts as management company, and is jointly and severally liable with other jointly taxed group entities for payment of income taxes for the income year 2023 onwards as well as withholding taxes on interest, royalties and dividends falling due for payment on or after 7th june 2023.

As security for debt to other payables, the Company has provided security in its assets for at total amount of DKK 2.000 thousand. The total carrying amount of these assets is DKK 2.013 thousand.
