The principal activity of the company is trade and industry.
Description of material changes in activities and finances
Prior to the balance sheet date, management and the owners publicly announced that the production and sales activities of RawBites will be relocated to Bahlsen Group’s facilities in Barsinghausen, Germany, in order to consolidate production and meet increasing international demand. As a result, it is anticipated that all positions in Denmark will be phased out during the course of spring 2026. Despite the relocation of production from Denmark, RawBite will continue to maintain sales representation in Denmark. Risici og væsentlige forhold
1 Judgements regarding going concern
As described in the management’s commentary, Rawbite will relocate its production out of Denmark and close its factory and operations in Bagsværd and all positions in Denmark will be phased out during the course of spring 2026. This transfer to Bahlsen Group’s facilities in Barsinghausen, Germany, will be conducted on commercial terms; however, recognition, measurement, classification, and presentation of financial statement items have been made on the basis that the entity’s assets and liabilities will be realised.
We refer to the description included in the section “Description of material changes in activites and finances” above. Except from this no other events have occurred after the balance sheet date to this date, which would influence the evaluation of this annual report.
