Prior to the balance sheet date, management and the owners publicly announced that the production and sales activities of RawBites will be relocated to Bahlsen Group’s facilities in Barsinghausen, Germany, in order to consolidate production and meet increasing international demand. As a result, it is anticipated that all positions in Denmark will be phased out during the course of spring 2026. ​ ​Despite the relocation of production from Denmark, RawBite will continue to maintain sales representation in Denmark. ​ ​The annual report has been prepared using accounting policies consistent with those applied in the previous year; however, recognition, measurement, classification, and presentation of financial statement items have been ​made on the basis that the entity’s assets and liabilities will be realised. ​ ​This has resulted in extraordinary impairment losses on property, plant and equipment amounting to DKK 25,546, intangible assets amounting to DKK 609,512 as well as the recognition of other provisions amounting to DKK 4,896,485. ​ ​The result for the year has been negatively impacted by these. Management considers the result for the year to be in line with expectations based on the strategic plans presented for the company’s future. • entity

As described in the management’s commentary, Rawbite will relocate its production out of Denmark and close its ​factory and operations in Bagsværd and all positions in Denmark will be phased out during the course of spring 2026. This transfer to Bahlsen Group’s facilities in Barsinghausen, Germany, will be conducted on commercial terms; however, recognition, measurement, classification, and presentation of financial statement items have been made on the basis that the entity’s assets and liabilities will be realised. • entity
