Forretning og udvikling
The company produces nuts for the automotive industry, and the entire production is sold to group companies. Sales are made per arm’s length principles.Core business is combi-, locknuts and special nuts.
The income statement of the Company for 2025 shows a profit of DKK 8,228,188, and at 31 December 2025 the balance sheet of the Company shows an equity of DKK 31,806,354.
Revenue and activity for 2025 was at the same level as in 2024.…
Research and development
The development activities primary includes development of the core areas Combi- and Locknuts together with improvement in productivity and actions for implementation of new products with higher earning.
Risici og væsentlige forhold
There has been no uncertainty regarding recognition and measurement in the Annual Report.
The financial position at 31 December 2025 of the Company and the results of the activities and cash flows of the Company for the financial year for 2025 have not been affected by any unusual events.
No events materially affecting the assessment of the Annual Report have occurred after the balance sheet date.
