Forretning og udvikling
The company’s purpose is to carry out business in software development and commercialization within Meeting Management and Workspace Scheduling platform, serving mid-market corporate offices, professional services, and financial firms across the Nordics and North America. The company's comprehensive SaaS platform, which includes Advanced Meeting Room Booking, Desk Hoteling, Workspace Services Management, Visitor Management, and Workspace Insights, empowers organizations to optimize their meeting environments, providing a centralized ‘Flight Control’ command center that ensures certainty, confidence, and control in workplace management.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The company is jointly taxed with TSS Denmark ApS (management company), and is jointly and severally liable with other jointly taxed entities for Danish income taxes for income year 2025 onwards as well as for payment of withholding taxes on dividends, interest and royalties.
Other obligationsThe company has entered into a rental obligation with a notice period of 6 month. The annual rent is DKK 715 thousand.
The company has, as of 31 December 2025, entered into agreements for deliveries with suppliers within the company's ordinary course of business with commitments for a period of 1–6 months totaling DKK 2,301 thousand.
