The result for the year shows a profit of DKK 6,322 thousand and per. April 30, 2026, constitutes equity of DKK 21,190 thousand. The result for the year is considered to be satisfactory.

Profit/loss for the year in relation to expected developments

Recognition and measurement of work in progress are based on Management's assessment of the stage of completion of each individual project and the expected outcome of the remaining contractual obligations​. ​The estimates applied are subject to uncertainty, as the execution of projects depends on several factors, and project conditions may change during the completion process. Consequently, the final outcome of individual projects may differ from the estimates applied on April 30, 2026, resulting in both positive and negative deviations. ​​Recognition and measurement of development projects are likewise based on Management's assessment of each​project's progress and expected completion. The future development of these projects remains subject to changes in technical, commercial, and operational conditions that may affect the final outcome. ​

19 Assets charged and collateral

As security for bank debt, a corporate mortgage has been made, which amounts to nominal DKK 16,000,000. ​The carrying amount of simple receivables, inventories, equipment and intellectual property rights, etc. ​amounts to DKK 57.585.985.​​The company has provided self-debtor surety to Technicon Holding ApS. The bank debt in Technicon Holding ApS amounts to DKK 1,553,437.​ ​Guarantees have been provided for the company's ongoing projects of a total of DKK 18,420,382 per 30.04.2026.
