Forretning og udvikling
It is the objective of the company to sell and market Information & Communications Technology products mainly within consumer electronics, camera surveillance and upgrade products.
The main market is Denmark.
The income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 9,012 thousand against a loss of DKK 17,163 thousand last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 159,446 thousand.
The Company's net profit is affected by the merger/acquisitions through goodwill amortization of approx. DKK 29.5 million leading to a negative net result for the year. Adjusting for that, the performance for 2025 is in line with management's expectations as described in the published annual report for 2024.
