Forretning og udvikling
The Company's objective is to provide SaaS solutions and system support for the education sector enhancing digital assessment, learning experiences, and administration.
The income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 8,029,288 against a loss of DKK 10,558,795 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows a negative equity of DKK 5,280,242.
The loss incurred is primarily attributable to strategic investments aimed at supporting further growth and is in line with the budget and strategy.
In 2025, a capital increase in the Parent Company (UNIwise TopCo ApS) and a group contribution of DKK 10 million was completed to support the strategic development of UNIwise ApS. The current cash position and cash projection remain positive and sufficient to support the continued development and operations.
Risici og væsentlige forhold
No events materially affecting the Company's financial position have occurred subsequent to the
financial year-end.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The Company is jointly taxed with its parent, UNIwise TopCo ApS, which acts as management company, and is jointly and severally liable with other jointly taxed group entities for payment of income taxes.
As security for the Company's debt to banks, the Company has placed assets or other as security worth a total of DKK 750 thousand.
