INTEMPUS ApS

The company's activities comprise the development and sale of software solutions.

The income statement for 2025 shows a profit of DKK 15,666,379 against a profit of DKK 15,313,350 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 41,153,906.

The management considers the results for the year to be satisfactory.

No events materially affecting the Company's financial position have occurred subsequent to the financial year-end.

The Company is jointly taxed with its parent,Visma Danmark Holding A/S, which acts as management company, and is jointly and severally liable with other jointly taxed group entities for payment of income taxes as well as withholding taxes on interest, royalties and dividends falling due for payment.

The Visma Group has entered into a cash pool arrangement in which the Norwegian parent company, Visma AS, acts as account holder in accordance with the agreement. Other group companies participate as sub-account holders. The bank is entitled to set off balances between the accounts, whereby the net balance represents an intercompany balance between the bank and Visma AS.

For Intempus ApS, the intercompany balance is included in the joint cash pool arrangement and amounts to DKK 45,902 thousand.
