Forretning og udvikling
The principal activities are to directly or indirectly own and hold shares in investments.
The Company's income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 35 thousand as against a loss of DKK 59 thousand in 2024. Equity in the Company's balance sheet at 31 December 2025 stood at DKK 59,319 thousand as against DKK 59,354 thousand at 31 December 2024.

No events have occurred after the balance sheet date of material importance to the annual report for 2025.

Contingent liabilities, including guarantee commitments
The Company is jointly taxed with the other Danish companies in the Group, and as from the financial year 2013, the Company is liable for tax claims on a pro rata basis. The maximum liability totals an amount corresponding to the share of the capital in the Company which is owned directly or indirectly by the ultimate parent.
