1. Uncertainties relating to going concern
At 30 September 2025, the Company has negative equity of DKK (89,376) and a net loss for the year of DKK (57,212). During the year, shareholders waived debt of DKK 1,048,618 and provided further cash support of DKK 24,231, which significantly improved the Company's equity position from DKK (1,080,782) at the start of the year. Equity remains slightly negative as accumulated losses still exceed contributed capital and the waived shareholder debt combined.…
