1. Uncertainties relating to going concern

The company's primary activities have ceased. Management is continuing to consider the company's future operations. At 30 September 2025, the company has positive equity of DKK 31,825 (2024: 31,825) and net current assets of DKK 31,825. The company holds an intercompany receivable from its parent, Framebunker ApS, the recoverability of which depends on the parent's ability to settle the balance. On this basis, and supported by continued shareholder commitment to provide funding to the group as required, management considers it appropriate to present the annual report as a going concern. No events have occurred between the balance sheet date and the date of approval of this annual report that would materially affect the financial position of the Company.

Joint taxation

The Company acts as administration company for the group of companies subject to the Danish scheme of joint taxation and is unlimitedly, jointly, and severally liable, along with the other jointly taxed companies, to pay the total corporation tax.…
