Risici og væsentlige forhold
The annual report has been prepared on the assumption that Wavepiston will continue as a going concern. In May 2026, Wavepiston entered into an agreement with our bank for a credit facility which, together with existing cash resources, is expected to provide sufficient liquidity to finance operations until around October 2026. Wavepiston is currently in discussions with investors regarding additional funding to secure longer term financing. This includes a potential equity investment from a large institutional investor. The completion of this investment is conditional upon the participation of an external tech investor. As of the date of approval of the annual report, no investment agreement has been finalised.
