The platform provide standard operating procedure for employee portraits and ensure compliance with company identification policies and GDPR. The employee portraits are instantly processed by the proprietary developed AI engine according to the visual guidelines of the organisation and delivered to the organization systems. The employees get easy access to download and update their portrait on Linkedin. Services from Eikonice are provided to organizations and companies as stand-alone or integrated with company systems for Marketing, HR and Facility Management. System integration with other system providers of ERP, Office automation and access control systems, is effectively done through Api to ensure productivity and data integrity. In addition to the workflow management, photographical services are offered in cooperation with professional photographers.
