- primary activities • Description of key activities of the companyEikonice provide a scalable AI-powered platform for managing image workflow and deliver high quality employee portraits for large organisations.

The cloud based platform enables organisations to organize and automate the entire workflow for photographic portraits. Portraits taken with a mobile phone through the Eikonice app or by a professional photographer are automatically uploaded to Eikonice platform enabling companies to easily manage portraits across all geographical locations. The platform provide standard operating procedure for employee portraits and ensure compliance with company identification policies and GDPR.

The employee portraits are instantly processed by the proprietary developed AI engine according to the visual guidelines of the organisation and delivered to the organization systems.

The employees get easy access to download and update their portrait on Linkedin. Services from Eikonice are provided to organizations and companies as stand-alone or integrated with company systems for Marketing, HR and Facility Management.

System integration with other system providers of ERP, Office automation and access control systems, is effectively done through Api to ensure productivity and data integrity.

In addition to the workflow management, photographical services are offered in cooperation with professional photographers. • entity

- development in activities and financial affairs • Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersOver the last couple of years Eikonice has been focussed on developing the platform for mobile phone technology. The release of Eikonice app on AppStore and GooglePlay forms an important milestone. The app was well adapted by customers and is expected to be the main driver for sales and onboarding of new customers.

The gross profit for the year totals DKK 748.107 against DKK 574.013 last year. Profit from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK 80.691 against DKK 249.370 last year.
