The Company's principal activitiesThe Company's principal activities consist in operate online games and thus related business.
Material uncertainty related to going concernThe Company's two shareholders has been negotiating a transaction under which Unicorndev acquire an additional 25% shareholding and become the majority shareholder with a 75% ownership interest. The transaction has been completed.
The future majority shareholder has confirmed its intention to provide the financial support necessary for the Company to continue its operations following completion of the transaction until 31 December 2026, whereby the management prepares the annual report on a going-concern basis.
