Forretning og udvikling
The activities in the fiscal year comprises investments in group entities.
Financial review
The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a loss of TDKK 11.209, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of TDKK 29.521.
Risici og væsentlige forhold
A legal dispute exists between DCE 1 ApS (DCE1) and the company regarding differing interpretations of a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) that exists between the two parties. The matter is currently in arbitration, where an arbitration panel has reviewed evidence and is now deliberating, with a decision expected in the second half of 2026. As of 31 December 2025, DCE1 claimed ca. EUR 8 million plus interest and ancillary costs.
No other events have occurred after the balance sheet date which could significantly affect the company's financial position.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The contingent liability arising from the tax transparent associated partnership at 31 December 2025 is TDKK 58.562.
The Company is currently involved in ongoing arbitration proceedings with DCE 1 ApS. The Company has, on the contrary, set forth a damage claim and rejected all of the claims raised by DCE 1 ApS. The arbitration is in the early stages, and it is difficult to predict the outcome, but the amount can be significant.
