At the heart of the business is the Homerunner platform, which orchestrates logistics between e-commerce, carriers, click & collect and consumers, optimising every step from checkout to delivery. The platform is API-first and increasingly agent-first: through open APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), customers, partners, and their digital agents connect directly to Homerunner’s capabilities and data. The platform provides all essential data for customers’ day-to-day operations and business development.
