Scrive ApS

Scrive ApS is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that specialises in advanced contract lifecycle management. The Company's vision is to revolutionise how businesses handle contracts by making them dynamic, transparent, and interconnected. Its platform enables users to create, manage, sign, and organise contracts digitally in one unified workflow.

Scrive is designed for facilitating contract processes, Scrive offers a modern and intuitive experience that streamlines contract-related tasks, reduces legal friction, and unlocks the value of contract data. Throughout 2025, Scrive continued to enhance its platform with features that increase automation, improve compliance, and allow companies to act on their contract data more efficiently.

The Company's income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 9,035,212 as against a loss of DKK 48,852,914 in 2024. Equity in the Company's balance sheet at 31 December 2025 stood at DKK 35,703,100 as against DKK -8,652,075 at 31 December 2024.

During 2025 the Company has received capital increase and contributions from owner in total DKK 53,390 thousand.

The Company is later in 2026 expected to merge with another Danish Group entity, esignatur DK ApS, with expected accounting effect from 1 January 2026.

Scrive ApS will be the continuing company after the merger.

Contingent liabilities, including guarantee commitments

The Company has lease obligations as per 31 December 2025 on DKK 270k (DKK 204k as per 31 December 2024).

The Danish entities are jointly and severally liable for tax on the jointly taxed income and for certain withholding taxes such as dividend tax and royalty tax. Any subsequent corrections of the taxable income subject to joint taxation or withholding taxes on dividends, etc. may entail an increase in the entities' liability. The Company is management company for the joint taxation.
