Forretning og udvikling
The company's most important activities consisted of developing internet solutions and consulting services relating to equity management and other activities that, in the opinion of the Executive Board, are associated with this.
Financial review
The company's income statement for the year ended 30 June 2025 shows a loss of DKK 23.517.608, and the balance sheet at 30 June 2025 shows negative equity of DKK 163.847.930.…
Risici og væsentlige forhold
Due to negativ results in 2024/25 and in previous years the liquidity is tight. The company's management has stated that the Companies Act's rules on capital losses are fulfilled and that the management expects the capital to be re-established through future positive results and a subsidy from the parent company.
Furthermore the capital owner and ultimate capital owner have submitted a declaration of support, in which the capital owners confirms that it will ensure sufficient liquidity to the company throughout the accounting year 2025/26, so the company is able to pay its obligations.
Based on this, the annual report is submitted under the assumption of going concern.
No events have occurred after the balance sheet date which could significantly affect the company's financial position.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The company is jointly taxed with its parent company, Capdesk Holding ApS (management company), and jointly and severally liable for payment of income taxes as well as for payment of withholding taxes on dividends, interest and royalties.
The rental obligation during the notice period, which is 3 months, amounts to TDKK 80.
