- contingent liabilities • The Entity participates in a Danish joint taxation arrangement where COP HoldCoserves as the administration company. According to the joint taxation provisions of the Danish Corporation Tax Act, the Entity is therefore liable for income taxes etc for the jointly taxed entities, and for obligations, if any, relating to the withholding of tax on interest, royalties and dividend for the jointly taxed entities. The jointly taxed entities' total known net liability under the joint taxation arrangement is disclosed in the administration company's financial statements.The Company has entered into 10 years office lease agreement located in Copenhagen with a total commitment of DKK 111,804 thousand starting April 2026. The Company has outstanding rental guarantees of DKK 10,100 thousand. COP is party to ongoing litigation. Management assesses that the outcome of this lawsuit will not affect the company's financial position.The Company has no other contingent liabilities or assets, which can affect the Company's finanicial position. • entity
