- contingent liabilities • The Danish group companies are jointly and severally liable for tax on the Group's jointly taxed income. The total amount of corporationtax payable is disclosed in the Annual Report of Microsoft Denmark ApS, which is the management company of the joint taxationpurpose. Moreover, the Danish group companies are jointly and severally liable for Danish withholding taxes by way if dividend tax andtax on royalty and interest payments.
