For the sixth consecutive year, the company achieved a solid increase in Annual Recurring Revenue \(ARR\). This sustained growth, combined with disciplined operational management, has resulted in a significant positive EBITDA for the financial year.

Furthermore, the company's capital structure has been substantially strengthened. Our shareholders have successfully converted outstanding convertible notes into equity.
