Ghost Ship Holding ApS' principal activities is to act as a holding company.
The income statement for 2025/26 shows a profit of DKK 26,157 thousand against a profit of DKK 45,332 thousand last year, and the balance sheet at 31 March 2026 shows equity of DKK 115,699 thousand.
Risici og væsentlige forhold
No events materially affecting the Company's financial position have occurred subsequent to the financial year-end.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
As a management company, the company is jointly taxed with other Danish subsidiaries by the ultimate parent company, Coffee Stain Group AB, and is jointly and severally liable for Danish corporate taxes and withholding taxes. The total known net liability of the jointly taxed companies on corporate taxes and withholding taxes amounts to DKK 0 thousand income for 2025. Any subsequent corrections of joint taxation income and withholding taxes, etc. could result in the company's liability amounting to a larger amount.
