Ghost Ship Games ApS' principal activities are development and marketing of computer games.

The income statement for 2025/26 shows a profit of DKK 18,801 thousand against a profit of DKK 49,331 thousand last year, and the balance sheet at 31 March 2026 shows equity of DKK 43,448 thousand. The results of operations is satisfactory.

Profit/loss (EBIT) in the annual report for the fiscal year 2024/25 was expected to be 45-55 million DKK. The realized EBIT result for 2025/26 of 28 million DKK which is below expected level.

The expected result for the 2026/27 fiscal year is dependent on the continued sale of existing games, which is associated with some uncertainty.

The fiscal year 2026/27, includes the releases of Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core and Deep Rock Galactic Season 7, which is expected to contribute positively to the result. At the point of writing, no other releases have been announced.

Management expects a positive result for 2026/27, although the level of earnings remains uncertain.

The Company has entered into an operating lease agreement regarding its office premises. The total nominal remaining lease obligation amounts to t.DKK 941.

The Company is jointly and severally liable for the corporate tax of the Group's jointly taxed income and for certain withholding tax as dividend tax and royalties tax. The total corporation tax is stated in the annual report for Ghost Ship Holding ApS CVR no. 37 86 40 05, which is management company in relation to the joint taxation. Any subsequent corrections of joint taxation income and withholding taxes, etc. could result in the company's liability amounting to a larger amount.
