Balancen viser en egenkapital på DKK 6.867.447. I regnskabsåret har selskabet videreført udviklingen gennem PHESS-projektet i samarbejde med Centre for Industrial Electronics ved Syddansk Universitet og med støtte fra EUDP. Arbejdet har navnlig omfattet videreudvikling og test af den enkelte MacroCap, materialer og tætningsløsninger, produktionsprocesser, balancerings- og styringselektronik samt det modulære, kabelfrie rack- og kabinetdesign til større skalerbare energilagringssystemer. I regnskabsåret har selskabet desuden indleveret en patentansøgning vedrørende det kabelfrie rackdesign. Selskabet har samtidig videreudviklet pilotproduktionsfaciliteterne i Dragør og arbejdet med indkøring og tilpasning af specialfremstillet produktions- og testudstyr. Der har i perioden været tekniske udfordringer, herunder med tæthed og materialevalg, hvilket har nødvendiggjort yderligere udviklings- og testarbejde. Aktiviteterne er fortsat i væsentligt omfang finansieret gennem EUDP-projektet og MacroCaps’ egenfinansiering. Der har ikke været nogen grundlæggende ændring i selskabets hovedaktivitet i regnskabsåret. Oplysninger om fortsat driftSelskabet har til sikring af selskabets likviditet de kommende 12 måneder modtaget støtteerklæringer fra kapitalejere om, at de vil stille den fornødne likviditet til rådighed for selskabets ordinære drift. • entity - development in activities and financial affairs • The income statement for the period 01.07.25 - 30.06.26 shows a loss of DKK -2,707,885 against DKK -2,844,571 for the period 01.07.24 - 30.06.25. The balance sheet shows equity of DKK 6,867,447. In the financial year, the Company continued its development activities through the PHESS project in collaboration with the Centre for Industrial Electronics at the University of Southern Denmark and with support from EUDP. The work has primarily included further development and testing of the individual MacroCap, materials and sealing solutions, production processes, balancing and control electronics, as well as the modular, cable-free rack and cabinet design for larger scalable energy storage systems. During the financial year, the Company also filed a patent application concerning the cable-free rack design. At the same time, the Company further developed its pilot production facilities in Dragør and worked on the commissioning and adaptation of specially manufactured production and testing equipment. During the period, there have been technical challenges, including relating to sealing and material selection, which have necessitated additional development and testing work. The activities continue to be financed to a significant extent through the EUDP project and MacroCaps’ own financing. There has been no fundamental change in the Company’s principal activity during the financial year. Information on going concernTo ensure the company's contiued operations for the next 12 month after the balance sheet date the management have recieved letters of support from shareholders, confirming that they will provide the company with the necessary liquidity for its ordinary acivites. • entity - going concern uncertainty • 1.Oplysninger om fortsat driftInformation as regards going concern Selskabet har til sikring af selskabets likviditet de kommende 12 måneder modtaget støtteerklæringer fra kapitalejere om, at de vil stille den fornødne likviditet til rådighed for selskabets ordinære drift. To ensure the company's continued operations for the next 12 months after the balance sheet date the management have received letters of support from shareholders, confirming that they will provide the company with the necessary liquidity for its ordinary activites. • entity - contingent liabilities • Contingent liabilities Andre eventualforpligtelser Other contingent liabilities Selskabet er sambeskattet med GATE Holding ApS og hæfter forholdsmæssigt for selskabsskatter og eventuelle forpligtelser til at indeholde kildeskat på renter, royalties og udbytter for de sambeskattede selskaber. Hæftelsen udgør maksimalt et beløb svarende til den andel af kapitalen i selskabet, der ejes direkte eller indirekte af den ultimative modervirksomhed. Den samlede skatteforpligtelse for de sambeskattede selskaber på balancedagen er endnu ikke opgjort. The company is taxed jointly with GATE Holding ApS and is liable for income taxes on a pro rata basis and must comply with any obligations to withhold tax at source on interest, royalties and dividends for the jointly taxed companies. The maximum liability totals an amount corresponding to the share of the capital in the company which is owned directly or indirectly by the ultimate parent. The total tax liability for the jointly taxed companies at the balance sheet date has not yet been determined.
