Going concernThe company has lost its entire share capital as of December 31, 2025, and the company’s management is aware of the provisions in Section 119 of the Companies Act but expects to restore the share capital through future earnings. In addition, the primary owners have indicated that they will provide the necessary financing for at least 12 months from the date of signing the annual report for 2025.
