The principal activities comprise the development and sales of Software for corporate recruitment and D&I efforts.

Development in activities and financial and economic position

During the financial year, the geopolitical winds have resulted in the D&I agenda being less prominent in large corporations. The company has therefore focused its efforts on building a new product, Lyser, that addresses more general pain points for recruitment teams. There has been significant focus on developing this product and bringing it to market by the end of 2025. As a result, limited growth investments have been made in our D&I product during the year. We have been cost-focused and are in a good financial position to take advantage of the new Lyser product for the coming years, as well as to continue servicing our customers with our D&I product.

We’ve signed a strategic partnership with a leading HR tech provider, which will strengthen our market position and product as part of a strategic scaling effort in Denmark as well as internationally.

Significant events after the end of the financial year

No events have occurred after the end of the financial year of material importance for the Company's financial position.

9 | Charges and securities

The group has pledged a company charge to The Export and Investment Fund of Denmark of DKK ('000) 2,000 for loan facility.

As security for debt amounting to DKK ('000) 2,112, the company has provided a company charge covering non-current assets with a carrying amount of DKK ('000) 2,159 as at the balance sheet date.
