Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The company is subject to joint taxation with its parent company, Niels Dahl Holding ApS(the management company), and is jointly and severally liable with the other jointly taxed companies for the payment of corporate taxes as well as withholding taxes on dividends, interest, and royalties.
Corporate pledges have been submitted to creditinstitutions of t.kr. 2.025.
