Description of key activities of the companyLike previous years, the activities revolve around buying, building and operating consumer subscription apps within the segments of mental health, productivity, personal finance and related digital consumer products.

During 2025, the Company completed the sale of a significant number of its apps. The divestments were carried out as part of a strategic decision to simplify the business, reduce debt and focus the Company’s resources on fewer, higher-priority assets.

Going forward, the Company’s activities will primarily be focused on the three remaining core assets within Personal Finance, Mindfulness and AI. The management believes that this more focused structure will provide a stronger foundation for the Company’s continued development and value creation in the coming years.

Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersDuring Q4 2025, the Company sold a significant number of its apps. The proceeds from the divestments were used primarily to reduce the Company’s debt and strengthen its financial position.

The divestments represent a significant change in the Company’s activities and financial matters compared to previous years. Following the transactions, the Company has a smaller and more focused portfolio, with future activities centered primarily around the remaining assets within Personal Finance, Mindfulness and AI.

The profit and loss account covers 1 January to 31 December and shows a result of DKK -10.296.821 against DKK -16.137.347 last year. The balance sheet shows equity of DKK 5.430.836.

Uncertainties connected with recognition or measurementNegotiations are ongoing with the Company’s lender regarding a reduction of the ongoing monthly repayments. The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on the successful outcome of these negotiations. The outcome is expected to be determined by medio 2026. The management has prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, assuming that the agreement will be reached, and has established alternative plans for the repayment of debt should the negotiations not be successful.
