Description of key activities of the companyThe company's main activity is to develop and sell biogas technologies and plants.

Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThe gross profit for the year totals DKK 3.654.796 against DKK 6.437.887 last year. Income from activities after tax totals DKK -2.246.926 against DKK 506.239 last year. We refer to note 3 special items.

In previous years, the shareholders have supported the company with the necessary funding, and the going concern of the company in 2026 is based on funding from the Company’s shareholders. The budget for 2026 shows a need of funding and it is the management's assessment that the verbal commitment from the shareholders regarding necessary funding, which has also been given in previous years, is sufficient for ensure going concern for 2026, if further funding is needed.

As a result of the loss in the previous years the equity is T.DKK -2.872 as at 31. december 2025. The company is covered by the capital loss provisions in the Company Act.

Uncertainties concerning recognition and measurementThe value of recognised goodwill amounts to DKK 2,6 million and is based on Management’s expectations of future biogas plant sales etc for export primarily. The management expects to increase sales and profit of biogas plants in the future, and the valuation of the recognized goodwill is based on that expectation. The realisation of future profit is subject to uncertainty; consequently, the valuation of recognised goodwill is subject to uncertainty.

Events occurring after the end of the financial yearNo events have occurred after the balance sheet date to this date, which would influence the evaluation of this annual report.

14.Contractual obligations and contingencies, etc.

Contingent assetsThe company has a not included tax asset on TDKK 5.244.

Contingent liabilitiesAnnual rent for premises amounts to TDKK 119. The rent can be terminated with 6 months' notice, corresponding to a liability of TDKK 60.
