Forretning og udvikling
The company’s purpose is the development and operation of document management systems and related activities.
Financial review
The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a loss of DKK 10.410, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows negative equity of DKK 3.299.
The company has lost its equity. Management has initiated measures, after which management expects to re-establish equity through its own earnings.

After the end of the financial year, no events have occurred that could materially affect the company’s financial position.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
Recourse and non-recourse guarantee commitmentsThe company is jointly taxed with its parent company, Hoerstrup Holding ApS (management company), and has limited and secondary liability together with other jointly taxed entities for payment of income taxes for income year 2017 onwards as well as for payment of withholding taxes on dividends, interest and royalties which fall due for payment on or after 1 July 2017.
