The Group’s main activity is to hold securities and own long term investment in other companies.

Development in activities and finances

The Company's Income Statement of the financial year 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025 shows a result of ​tDKK 8,389 and the Balance Sheet at 31 December 2025 a balance sheet total of tDKK 1,303,010 and an equity ​of tDKK 1,300,343.

The Group expects the financial result in 2026 to be in line with 2025 however highly dependent on the financial ​markets driven by several factors including geopolitics conflicts, interest rates and inflation. ​​The Group will continue to follow its long-term investment strategy with focus on diversification by investing in a ​broad range of financial assets including listed securities and alternatives.

Profit/loss for the year in relation to expected developments

Management finds the result of the year satisfied compared to the market, and in accordance with the plan for ​the year 2025.

No events have occurred after the balance sheet date to this date, which would influence the evaluation of this ​annual report.

The Entity serves as the administration company in a Danish joint taxation arrangement. According to the joint taxation provisions of the Danish Corporation Tax Act, the Entity is therefore liable for income taxes etc for the jointly taxed entities, and for obligations, if any, relating to the withholding of tax on interest, royalties and dividend for these entities.
